Requests
Under the tab “Requests,” you can see who has requested approval, the request message, the status/decision of the approval, who has approved (if given), and when it was requested. A request can only be submitted in the Candidacy frontend - you can read more about requests in the following guide: Approve requests and candidacies.
In this page, you can find the following fields:
Search bar: The search bar at the top allows you to search for requests by their status (“pending”, “accepted”, and “rejected”), and by who they are (either a candidate or a party).
Id: This is a unique ID number that the system creates for every request. This information is static and cannot be changed or removed.
Requested by: Shows the candidate’s or party’s owner account name who has requested approval.
Request message: Shows any message that might have been attached to the approval request.
Decision: Shows the decision of the approval. It can be “pending”, “accepted”, or “rejected”.
Please note that changing the status of a candidate profile under the “Candidates” tab after accepting or rejecting a request, will not change the decision given to the request.
Decision maker: Shows the name of the user or admin that has accepted/rejected the request.
Created at: Shows the time and date of creation of the request.
If you click on the blue and underlined fields, the requests will be displayed in ascending (shown with an arrow pointing up) or descending (shown with an arrow pointing down) order according to that column. Note that you can only order the data by one field at a time.
