Groups

Groups

Under the tab “Groups,” you have the option of creating one or more groups. Groups are logical separations of candidates, which based on configuration, limits the boundaries in which these resources can act. Groups can represent, amongst other things, regions, areas, departments, and so forth.

To create a new group, click “+ New” and fill in the following items:

  • Internal name: This is the internal name of the group, and is only visible for backend users.

  • Title: Name of the group.

  • Enrolment: This configuration can be set to restrict candidate enrolments to indidvidual groups.
    *This is a feature flag.
From the dropdown menu, select whether enrolment in the group is allowed, disallowed, or scheduled. Enrolment will only optimally work if the Candidate group assignment is set as “Choice of any group” or “Choice of groups from identity“ – read more about this feature here.

    • Allow”: If “Allow” is selected, candidates can enrol to this group when they create their candidate profile.

    • Disallow”: If “Disallow“ is selected, candidates are not allowed to enrol to this group when they create their candidate profile.

    • Scheduled”: If “Scheduled“ is selected, candidates can enrol to this group only within the scheduled time that is then set for the specific group. Note, that for proper use this time should align within the overall phases that was set in the Configuration stage for Registration and Qualifying.

After creating the group, you can see an overview of this group, including the number of identities and candidates in this group, as well as a list of these identities and candidates.

*Note a new group cannot be created via an imported file but only through this interface.
