Voter Guide: How to Vote
This guide (including a video tutorial) provides you with an overview of how to access an election and cast a vote from the voter’s perspective. If you wish to share this with your voters, you can find a PDF version and a Word version below. The Word version allows you to replace the images with your own branded ones.
1. Access the election
To access the election, you will have received an email from the system containing, among other things, your credentials and the link that leads you directly to the login page.
Click on the “Go to login” button to be redirected to the login page. From the login page, input your credentials into the respective fields to access the election.
Click “Go to ballot” and this will let you into the ballot.
2. Cast a vote
Now that you have logged into the system, you are ready to cast a vote. To do so, simply select your choice in the ballot and click “Continue”.
Before actually submitting your vote, the system will show you a confirmation screen with your selected option. If you are happy with your choice, click “Submit vote”.
Your vote has now been cast.
Click on “Download receipt” to get a PDF proof of your vote containing a tracking code of your ballot.
