Approve a recommendation

Once a recommendation invitation has been accepted, you can approve it in the backend. This is only relevant if “Moderated” recommendations are enabled in the Recommendation config.

  1. To approve it, go to the “Recommendations” tab and select the specific recommendation by clicking on the Screenshot 2024-12-05 at 14.59.19.png button.

  2. Click on the green “Approve” button.

    • You can always undo this, by clicking on the red “Disapprove“ button.
