How to set up forms
The next step in the process is to create and set up forms. In this section, you will set up two forms: one for identities and one for candidates.
Click on “Forms” to be directed to the tab where you will setup the candidacy’s forms. You will now create the first form.
To create a form, click on the “New blank form” button. Once you create a new form, you will need to name it, select which resource the form is for (candidate or identity), and add different customizable fields to it.
We will start by creating a candidate form and then create an identity form.

In the “Name” field, enter the text “Candidate.”

Next, you will need to create an identity form. The process is the same as the one to create a candidate form, but you may use different or fewer fields for an identity form.
To create this form, you will repeat most of the previous steps, albeit with a few differences.
Note that, when creating this form, you should use the same attribute names for the items you used in the candidate form (e.g. “name”) to be able to transfer data from the data file you use for importing identities later on in the process. If the two attributes' names are the same, the candidate form will fetch that data from the identity form automatically and pre-populate it.
From the “Forms” tab, click
and select “Empty form.”
In the “Name” field, enter the text “Identity.”
Select “Identities” to define that this form is intended to store/gather information regarding the candidates.
Click on the “+” symbol to see all of the form fields.
Now, from the grey bar, start adding the different fields to the form.
Click
to add the first text field.
Under “Attribute name,” write “name.”
The items “Purpose,” “Required,” “Editable,” and “Public” will be automatically set, so you may skip them.
Under “Label,” write “Full name.”
