End-user flow: Unlock account

From the sign-in page, click on the button.

Insert your email into the “Email” field and click .

You will now receive an email with unlock instructions, like the one shown below. Click on the “Unlock my account” link.

This will redirect you back to the Candidacy sign-in page. You have now unlocked your account successfully.
