Campaigns

Under the “Campaigns” tab, you can create email and/or SMS campaigns. You can use these to send out email and/or SMS templates to multiple voters simultaneously.

You may create as many campaigns as necessary. Be aware that using the campaign and sendouts (SMS and Email) function has a fixed price for usage per event. See your contract for your specific price model.

When you click on “Campaigns” in the main menu to the left, you will see an overview of all campaigns sent out, an option to create a new campaign, as well as a search bar to look for any existing campaigns.

To search for existing campaigns, type the campaign’s name in the “Name” search bar.

Additionally, you can see the status of a campaign under the column “Status”on this page. A campaign can be “Ready,” “Scheduled,” or “Sent.”
